How does it work?

You book online or call to set up an auto detailing appointment, and we will come to you, home, office, wherever you are.

What’s included in car detailing?

Depends on the package you choose but includes free mobile service to your location, water power, supplies, and a minimum of two detailers.

How long does the service take for an average car or truck?

The average length of time for an Detox (Interior only) is about 2- 3hours, depending on the condition and size of the vehicle.

The Bellissimo (full detail) package can take as long as 3 - 4 hours.

The Fantastico (ultimate full detail) package can take as long as 4.- 5 hours depending on the condition and size of the vehicle ( 2-3 Detailers working ).

Do you offer mobile services?

Yes, our business is 100% mobile.We come to you!

Can you fix paint scratches?

The quickest way to determine whether we can fix deep scratches is the fingernail test. If you can feel the scratch with your fingernail we probably aren't going to be able to buff it out. In other words, if the paint is gone, all we can do is make the scratch as unnoticeable as possible.


Do you supply your own water?

Yes. We are a fully self-contained mobile detail unit. We have generators for job sites that do not have a power outlet available. We do not need to use your water or power to complete a detail.

How often should I detail my car?

We suggest a full auto detail once every 3 months and a wash and vacuum once per month. This will keep your vehicle clean and protected from the weather throughout the year.

Can you come to my work/office to detail my car?

Yes. My unit are fully equipped, including electricity. In fact, we do most of our details at offices and corporate complexes as long as permission is granted by the management.

What is your service area?

Tri-cities & surrounding areas. This include, Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, Burbank, Finley, Benton City.

My friend cleans cars on the side and can do it cheaper, why not use him?

This is a great question, however, you should ask, is he a professional? Is he licensed and insured? Does he have the right tools, knowledge and products to do the job right? Chances are the answer is no.

Is it ok to take my car to a drive thru car wash?

Absolutely, and we suggest it in order to keep your vehicle in good shape as long as you stay away from "soft touch" or car washes with rotating brushes, towels or mops. We frequently research drive thru car washes so that we can suggest to our customers on the go, which one we feel is the best. Most of the time however, we are disappointed with the outcome. In our research, we have encountered damage to the paint, broken wipers, damaged accessories, soap residue, spotting, and areas left unclean even with the highest priced wash.

My car is leased, should I have it detailed?

Definitely, the better your car's appearance and condition, the better trade value you will get on your car, and the less they will charge you for reconditioning the car.

Do you use professional products ?

Only the highest Quality Professional Products Used.We exclusively utilize USA-made detailing products to support the local economy and ensure quality in our services.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, Apple pay or any tap to pay system.

Can you detail in any weather?

We cannot perform exterior details when the weather is below freezing.
We can detail on rainy days as long as there is a carport or garage available.We are always checking the weather to give you the best service possible.

Should I have my brand new car detailed?

Car dealerships rarely wax new cars, and we've never heard of one that specially treats and protects leather interior. Performing both of these procedures is important in steering your new vehicle in the right direction. That is why Felix Mobile Detailing is the very first option for many of our customer's new vehicles. sacrificial barrier of protection from the start.

What can I expect after I make my appointment?

A day before of your appointment, you will receive a confirmation via text, email or phone call to the number you provided. Once the detailers arrives they will walk with you around your vehicle, inspecting and documenting to determine what is needed to make your vehicle look like new. Once this is complete the detailers will take your keys and proceed with the detail you have ordered. The detailers will label and bag up any remaining personal items left in your vehicle and leave them in the trunk or rear cargo area of your vehicle. Once the detail is complete the detailer will once again walk with you around the vehicle, explaining what steps were taken in the detailing process to make your vehicle look like new.

Are there additional charges for pet hair?

Yes and no, depending on the interior fabric and the time to remove the amount of pet hair will determine whether additional charges are applied. Please refer to our add on price list.

Are there special discount for multiple vehicles

Discounts can be arranged on a case by case basis. For instance, we would be happy to discount multiple vehicles at the same location at the same time.

I bought a smokers car. What can you do about that?

Smoke odor is one of the most challenging problems for a detailer. We have to clean the entire interior including the headliner and use our ozone generator to minimize or eliminate the odor. Sometimes, another treatment is required. We use the best odor eliminators on the market for all odors including smoke.

Can you remove paint overspray?

An overspray can come from a variety of causes. Someone in you neighborhood has been spray painting the outdoor furniture or, perhaps new construction crews have been painting the new house next door. In most cases this can be fixed with our clay bar technique.

Do you do headlight restoration?

Yes, As part of our optional add-ons during your auto detailing service we can do a headlight restoration.

Do you have a standing location to bring my vehicle into?

Our car detailing services are fully mobile. Services are provided at a location most convenient for you.

After a carpet and seat shampoo, why are the stains still there?

Stain removal with shampoo or extractor is never 100% guaranteed to eliminate all stains. We will do our best to make your car look like new. Please contact us and we will send a technician back to assess what may be done next.

Is tipping mandatory?

No. It is completely optional.
