Felix Mobile Detailing Service Agreement
By choosing to book or utilize the services provided by Felix Mobile Detailing, you, the client, accept and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement establishes a binding legal relationship between you and Felix Mobile Detailing, referred to in this context as the contractor. It is essential for you to fully understand and accept these terms before proceeding with our detailing services, as they govern your rights and responsibilities as a client. Should you have any questions or require clarification regarding these terms, we encourage you to reach out for assistance prior to your booking. Your commitment to these terms enables us to deliver the highest quality of service tailored to your needs while ensuring a mutual understanding between both parties involved.
Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy
More than 24 hours notice: No fee.
Note: Felix Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues.
Delayed Arrival
At Felix Mobile Detailing, we strive to provide exceptional service, but we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Our team may arrive up to 90 minutes later than scheduled due to tight schedules, inclement weather, or heavy traffic. In such cases, we prioritize keeping you informed and will notify you by phone or text with an updated estimated time of arrival. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your detailing experience remains as smooth and enjoyable as possible, despite any unexpected holdups. Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to grant Felix Mobile Detailing personnel access and keys to your vehicle for the purpose of performing various services, including car, boat, and RV detailing, as well as buffing, polishing, waxing, applying ceramic coatings, and interior dressing. We are committed to upholding high-quality service standards and ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any concerns regarding our services, we encourage you to communicate them within 24 hours of service completion. Please note that any concerns raised beyond this timeframe, or a refusal to participate in the final inspection with our detailers, will not be addressed. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to provide you with the best detailing experience.
Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation Of Liability

Before commencing any detailing work, we meticulously document any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, ensuring that both parties are aware of its condition. While we take great care with your vehicle, we want you to understand that we are not liable for these pre-existing conditions. In the event that any damage occurs while your vehicle is in our care, we will promptly inform you. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the specific service rendered. Additionally, we do not accept responsibility for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Your trust is important to us, and we strive to provide a high level of service while maintaining clear communication about our policies.
Fees, Service Terms & Payment
When booking, please note that the total cost for the service is determined at the time of reservation. Any additional charges for add-ons or if the service extends beyond the initial 30 minutes will be communicated to you for your approval. Payment is required upon completion of the service and can be made using a credit card, Apple Pay, or debit. If your vehicle has excessive dirt or pet hair that requires more time to clean, an additional fee of $60 will apply for every extra 30 minutes spent, also requiring your approval before proceeding. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with excellent service.

This includes chemicals, flammable materials, or any other potentially harmful items that could pose health or safety risks during the cleaning process. By informing the detailing service of such substances, you help ensure a safe work environment for everyone involved. It is important to note that you assume full responsibility for any health or safety risks associated with your vehicle. Therefore, please take the time to thoroughly check your vehicle and communicate any concerns to the detailing team, fostering a safer experience for both parties and minimizing the chance of accidents or exposure to harmful materials. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated and contributes to a positive detailing experience.
Feedback, marketing and agreement
At Felix Mobile Detailing, we value your feedback and strive to provide the best service possible. By choosing to book our services, you grant us permission to utilize images of your vehicle for marketing purposes, unless you inform us otherwise in writing. Your booking signifies that you are 18 years of age or older and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner. Additionally, you agree to indemnify Felix Mobile Detailing and hold us harmless from any claims or damages that may arise from any lack of authority to enter into this agreement. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
